    Absolutely LOVE this place!

My wife and I went here for breakfast one morning and fell in love with the owners, the quiet vibe, and of course ... the food!  Hearing their story and that they've been here in Magnolia serving their delicious food for over 50 years made our hearts melt and feel great about supporting a long-standing local place.  Feeling so at home in their quiet restaurant and though being their for the first time, being treated like we were regulars and their all of the time made us feel valued.

And the food ... oh boy ... the food!  Despite the reviews for omelettes and the owner saying that we should have one sometime, we both ended up going with pancakes (that was our craving of the day and we had to listen to the body! Ha!).  They were delicious!  My wife had bacon on the side and I had sausage.  Those were equally tasty!  We originally thought that they pancakes were made from sourdough, as it had a unique sweet taste to it; but when we asked, the kindly owner said no.  So we are wondering if it is yogurt that's added to the batter?  Whatever it is, it's sooo good.

We will definitely be back for more.  For breakfasts ... the omelettes.  For lunch ... the burgers and the gyros.

Word of note ... must bring cash, as they do not accept cards!  Definitely not a fancy place at all, but it's all good.  The food is great and the owners are very kind.  Worth it!

    Delightfully good!
We found this place by accident and will have to go back. The tables and decor are a bit rundown so when you first walk into Katina's, you wonder if you are going to regret eating there. You're not.
I got an omelette with ground beef, spinach, onion and feta. The omelette had a beautiful golden color and it was amongst the best I've ever had. Everything tasted fresh, especially the spinach. The potatoes weren't typical hash browns but were nicely seasoned and perfectly crispy.
My friend got bacon and over-medium eggs. It's rare to actually get eggs that are perfectly cooked, but they did it!
The woman who owns the place said that r they've had the place for 48 years and obviously takes great pride in making sure they are serving high quality, great tasting food.
We're not in Magnolia too often, but will definitely find reasons to come here again!

Visiting from Portland, Yelp led us here. Curb appeal is lacking and a bit dingy inside to but the wonderful couple who run the place are gems.  Lovely people. The omelettes were huge and filled with deliciousness. Homemade hash browns best I've had.  Too much food.  Split a plate and leave a generous tip. Homemade baklava for breakfast?  sure why not?  I'll be back.

Best omelettes in Seattle, just like my mom used to make.
Big portions, and super friendly staff.  They remind me of my grandparents.  Not fancy but great food and cash only.

Subpar gyro, pretty dingy atmosphere, cash only, good parking, good service. I wouldn't go again.
